5 Stars just isn't enough for Nia and Amy. Can't recommend them enough! Nia and Amy were exceptional. Their incredible market knowledge and understanding gave me nothing but the utmost confidence that my home would be sold in the crazy timeframe (43 days) I needed to. Their estimation of when to go live, and help getting contractors to make the home ready for that date, were spot on. The home was able to sell within 18 hours due to their pricing methods, and the home was able to close 5 days before my final out requirement! Thank you so much for all of the expertise, help, and good conversations regarding this very tumultuous process, that you both were able to make seem as the easiest part of the entire move!

This was my first time selling our home. Amy and Nia from day one have been super informative, professional and very compassionate. We were very impressed the first time we met them. They kept us updated all throughout our selling process and made the process seamless. This is a great team. They listened to us and put our input into the selling process. We trust them completely. Thank you so much for your help ladies!

My husband and I are first-time home buyers and were very anxious about the whole process but Amy and her sister Nia really made the process so easy and smooth for us! We worked primarily with Amy when looking at homes, but Nia was also communicating with us throughout the entire process as well. Both of them are such thoughtful and genuine individuals and are very knowledgeable about the market! We had so many questions and they were always able to give us educated answers that really helped us be informed about the process. There is so much lingo when it comes to real estate and they always broke down the meaning in a way that we could fully understand without feeling lost. We really appreciated how dedicated they were to making sure we found the best home and I never felt like we weren't a priority for them. I know that they must be quite busy, but they always put in the effort to accommodate our busy work schedules. It was nice having them on our side throughout this big, scary process and I will miss them a lot now that we have closed on the home!

Seattle
Seattle is a fantastic city for a lot of reasons, but one of the best things about it is the natural beauty that surrounds us. Nothing beats a crystal clear day when you can see the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier. But even on rainy days which, yes, we do have a few of here, the views of Puget Sound and Lake Washington are breathtaking. Seattle has a rainy reputation, but our best kept secret is how spectacular our summers are. While a lot of the country is sweltering with heat and humidity, we're basking in the perfect warm days and our long summer days allow us to enjoy water sports, hiking and cycling and tending to our gardens. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are only an hour away. People recognize Seattle by the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, but we also have a thriving arts and cultural scene, great art museums, symphony, opera, and ballet.
